The location near many great bars and restaurants was ideal, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine and balcony in our twin room.

I liked being in this place. I had a fine experience here, everything was good, the location was incredible close enough to the center of Pistoia, and the centre. The staff were affable and helpful, had a great attitude.

A surprising stay in the city center! The refined and enveloping environment of Palazzo 42 provided an experience like no other. The rooms, individually furnished with comforts like air conditioning and free minibars, made us feel like royalty. It was truly a home away from home.

The staff is truly amazing, going above and beyond to bring my forgotten phone to me. The breakfast was perfect with just the right amount of healthy options, and the staff were so friendly and obliging. The local places to eat were also great. The beds were cozy with functioning air conditioning, and the hotel was affordable, clean, and new. The amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception added to the convenience of our stay. We had an unforgettable time!
